This User Agreement (the "Agreement") governs the relationship between the Signaller service (the "Service", "We") and the user (the "User", "You") when using the Telegram bot and related functions of the Service.
By using the Service, You confirm that You have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Agreement. If You do not agree, please stop using the Service.
1. Service Description
1.1 Signaller is a service that helps track various information sources, create content based on them, and publish it to the User's Telegram channels automatically or with approval.
1.2 The Service may provide additional automation tools, templates, filters, analytics, and other features.
1.3 We may change and improve the Service as long as such changes do not worsen the core usage conditions.
2. Terms of Use
2.1 An active Telegram account is required to use the Service.
2.2 The User undertakes to use the Service lawfully and not to violate the rights of third parties.
2.3 The minimum User age is 18.
2.4 The User undertakes not to bypass technical limitations of the Service or its plans.
3. Subscription and Payment
3.1 Some Service functionality is provided via a paid subscription.
3.2 Information about plans, payment methods, pricing, and invoices is available via the /profile command inside the bot.
3.3 The subscription renews automatically for the next period until canceled by the User.
3.4 The subscription price may change. We may adjust the price, including in line with the USD exchange rate.
3.5 If the price changes significantly, We will notify Users in advance using a convenient method (for example, a notification in the bot).
3.6 The User can cancel the subscription at any time via the /profile command. Access to paid features remains until the end of the paid period.
3.7 All payments are final and non-refundable.
4. Data Processing and Storage
4.1 Signaller processes and stores personal data of the User only to the extent necessary to provide the Service functionality, including:
- Telegram identifier, username, and other data available through the Telegram API;
- bot usage settings and parameters;
- subscription and payment information;
- content provided by the User for automatic publication.
4.2 Data is protected with reasonable technical and organizational measures. However, the Service cannot guarantee absolute data security during internet transmission.
4.3 The User understands and accepts that deleting data upon request may make further use of the Service impossible.
4.4 We may use anonymized data for analytics, statistics, and Service improvement. Anonymized data does not allow identification of a specific User.
4.5 The User agrees to receive Service notifications in Telegram, including informational, technical, and marketing messages related to the Service and the subscription. The User may disable marketing messages by contacting support.
5. User-Generated Content
5.1 The User bears full responsibility for any content created or published using the Service.
5.2 The User undertakes to:
- respect copyright and related rights;
- have permission to use materials;
- not publish content prohibited by law or violating moral standards;
- comply with Telegram rules and local legislation.
5.3 The Service does not review or moderate User content unless explicitly stated.
5.4 In case of complaints, sanctions, blocks, or claims related to the User's publications, the User bears sole responsibility.
6. Artificial Intelligence and Content Generation
6.1 The Service may use automatic text generation algorithms, including AI.
6.2 We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, reliability, or legal compliance of generated content.
6.3 The User must review materials before publication and accepts that any legal risks arising from generated content rest with the User.
7. Fair Use
7.1 The User undertakes not to use the Service for:
- sending spam, fraud, or illegal activity;
- artificial inflating, abusing automation, or bypassing limits;
- attempting to interfere with the operation of the Service.
7.2 We may restrict access if the User's activity threatens the stability or security of the Service.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All rights to the Service's code, algorithms, design, materials, brand, and content belong to Us.
8.2 The User receives a limited license to use the Service under this Agreement. Transfer, copying, or reproduction of the Service without permission is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 The Service is provided on an "as is" basis.
9.2 We are not responsible for:
- failures of Telegram or third-party services;
- technical errors or publishing delays;
- incorrect automation settings by the User;
- partial or complete data loss outside our control.
9.3 Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the last paid subscription period.
10. Force Majeure
10.1 We are not responsible for failure to perform obligations due to reasons beyond our control, including Telegram outages, internet disruptions, cyberattacks, actions of public authorities, emergencies, and other force majeure circumstances.
11. Termination of Use
11.1 The User may stop using the Service at any time by canceling the subscription and/or deleting data.
11.2 We may temporarily restrict or terminate the User's access if the User violates this Agreement.
12. Changes to the Terms
12.1 We may update this Agreement.
12.2 If the Agreement changes, Users will be notified in the bot. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
